Cancellations & Refunds

We allocate precious resources to provide premium hypnosis therapy care to our amazing clients quickly and efficiently. To achieve our mission, it is vital that our network of phenomenal practitioners remains sustainable and as with any great business, profitable.

We believe in creating policies that are straight forward, easy to understand and fair for all parties involved. These policies helps us stay the course in pursuit of our mission and contribute to our sustainable growth whilst balancing the needs of our valuable clients.

Cancellation Policy

We understand your need to reschedule or cancel.

Which is why we give you ample time to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This policy applies to both Virtual (Remote) and Live sessions. 

You will receive notification reminders 48 hours and again 24 hours prior to your scheduled session by email or SMS (or both, depending on your notification settings). The reminder messages will contain a link to cancel or reschedule your session. You can use this link to cancel and reschedule at any time. 

 

The following terms apply:  

  • If you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your session, we will give a full refund.
  • If you cancel or reschedule 12 hours prior to your session, we will refund you 50% of the session cost.
  • If you cancel or reschedule within 6 hours of your session, you will not be refunded.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of hypnosis and the various ways it affects different people, refunds are not possible.  However, your satisfaction is incredibly important to us, we are devoted to helping our valued clients find relief and alleviate symptoms as quickly as possible. 

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your hypnosis sessions, we will do our utmost to resolve the matter quickly.

We will offer one complimentary session with a different hypnotherapist to any client that is not completely satisfied with the outcome of their session. 

To be eligible for a complimentary session with a new hypnotherapist, you must contact us within seven (7) days of your last session and explain what you think went wrong.  

To receive your complimentary session, email us or use the CHAT button on the lower right hand side of your screen to speak with us. Your wellness is our top priority.
