What is Remote Hypnosis?

Remote hypnosis is created at a distance with the aid of the internet and a two-way communication interface/software such as Skype or Zoom. It is a modern way of interacting with a hypnotist.

Is remote hypnosis the same as live hypnosis?

Yes. Hypnosis created remotely works just as well as live hetero-hypnosis, sometimes referred to as IRL (in real life) hypnosis.
There is very little difference between remote (virtual) hypnosis and live hypnosis. We run the session using contactless techniques. All that matters is that you have a stable internet connection with a camera and clear audio.
It is also matter of preference. We have clients that prefer live sessions while others prefer remote hypnosis because it’s convenient and there is no need to leave home.

Describe the process of a one hour session

  1. Once your session has been scheduled you will receive specific instructions on how to prepare for your remote session. By following the instructions to the letter, we ensure you will have a successful hypnotic experience.
    2. Two hours before you session is scheduled to begin, you will receive a login link. Please be sure to login on time and be prepared to start. The first session may last up to 90 minutes. Subsequent sessions run for approximately 60-minutes.
    3. The first 30 minutes of your first session will be devoted to  the issue at hand and also during this time, the hypnotist may perform a suggestibility test.  This is not a test you can pass or fail, it just gives the hypnotist an indication of how your brain learns and takes in suggestions.
    4. The remaining time is devoted to the hypnotic process. You will be in a state of deep trance for about 30-45 minutes.
    5. The hypnotist will conclude the session by bringing you back to a normal, non-suggestible state.
    6. The hypnotist may give you further instructions or collect additional information for your tailored audio recording.

What if I have tech issues during a remote session?

Instructions on what to do in case we lose connection during the session is covered in the preparation sheet you receive after your session has been booked. Please read through it carefully so that you will know what to do in case this happens.

Can I do both live and remote sessions?

Yes, this is possible. Many clients prefer to start with a live session and then switch to remote sessions. At the moment we are only offering live sessions in California and Nevada but soon we will have more locations near you.

Is remote hypnosis safe?

Yes, virtual hypnosis is perfectly safe, as safe as live hetero-hypnosis.

Do you provide group sessions?

Group hypnosis sessions can be held online or at a private location. You must gather a minimum of 20 people to book a group session. The cost per person is $25 for a 90-minute remote group hypnosis session and $35 per person for a live group hypnosis session.

Do you offer hypnosis in other languages?

As our network grows, we are able to offer hypnosis in other languages. At the moment, our sessions are held in English, Spanish and French.

How many sessions will I need?

Hypnosis is not intended to be a long term therapeutic process, some clients require only one or two sessions, while others may require more. For example, a client struggling with addiction may need 5-8 sessions. On the other hand, clients that are looking to improve their athletic abilities or enhance their creativity may only require 3. How do I obtain a medical referral from my doctor?

If your hypnotherapist determines that a medical referral is required, there are two ways for you to get a referral letter to us from your doctor.
1. Digital Referral: You will need to give express permission for us to contact your doctor. We will send a digital referral letter directly to your doctor to sign. The document requires an e-signature only.
2. Print and Scan: We will send the letter to you and you will need to print it out at home. You can have your doctor sign it, date it and you would then need to scan it and send it back to us for verification.

Do you accept insurance?

At the moment, we do not. However, we are working on this. Join our mailing list to be notified.

Do you accept walk-in visits?
